We are in need of full time and part time coordinators as staff. We are in need of paying the director and two coordinators. The total of all salaries [3-4 individuals] is $60,000. The remainder needed is described below:

Gymnasium Heaters - $15,000 to $20,000 [currently no heat]
Elevator to Open 3rd Floor - $150,000

We have an entire 3rd floor that can be rented to ministries and nonprofits to raise more funds. However, the local codes require an elevator be installed to utilize the 3rd floor on a permanent basis.
